About this treatment
This treatment uses botulinum toxin injections in areas such as the masseter muscles, temporalis muscles, trapezius muscles, calves and thighs, as well as enlarged salivary glands. The treatment plan may address contour, volume, muscle tension or asymmetry. Changes generally develop gradually over 2–4 weeks, and the medical team will discuss daily activities and recovery based on the treatment area.
Treatment considerations
- If a square jaw develops and the face looks big and angled
- Habitual teeth clenching or marked tension in the jaw muscles
- When specific areas such as the trapezius muscle, calf, or thigh develop excessively
- If the lower face looks wider due to salivary gland hypertrophy or bruxism
- If you want to improve a smooth, slim line
Treatment process
- Check muscle size and pattern after consultation
- Anesthetic cream or ice cooling
- Inject small amounts and multiple doses of Botox according to each muscle position
- Rest for 5 to 10 minutes after the procedure
Treatment schedule
- Maintenance period: 4 to 6 months
- Recommended cycle: Stable at intervals of 4 to 6 months
Aftercare
- Do not lie down for 4 hours after the procedure
- Avoid strong massages, steam baths, saunas, and alcohol on the day of the procedure
- Exercise is possible from the next day
- Temporary minor pain, bruising, and pulling are natural responses

Frequently asked questions
Could treatment reduce muscle volume too much or make my face look hollow?
Since it looks at muscle mass and patterns and adjusts to the appropriate dosage, it naturally decreases without excessive changes.
Are the effects permanent?
No! It comes back gradually, and as you get it regularly, you can prevent excessive muscle growth.
Can people who exercise regularly receive this treatment?
It may be possible, but treatment can affect muscle function. The dose and treatment plan are adjusted according to your goals and activity level.
